Erika Franklin - Chair
Erika Franklin leads SWAG as the Chair of the Board of Directors, bringing a deep commitment to empowering students. With a passion for education and leadership development, Erika oversees the organization’s mission to prepare students for success in college, careers, and beyond. Her vision and dedication are instrumental in driving SWAG’s initiatives forward.
Cybill Harrison - Vice Chair
As the Vice Chair of SWAG, Cybill Harrison plays a key role in guiding the organization’s strategic direction. Cybill’s background in mentoring and her dedication to youth empowerment make her an invaluable leader in ensuring SWAG’s programs effectively serve students. She works closely with the board to create opportunities for students to achieve their goals and build a foundation for lifelong success.
Jennifer Beasley - Secretary
Jennifer Beasley serves as the Secretary of SWAG, where she ensures the smooth operation of the board and the organization’s activities.
